Terms and Conditions relating to the use of the Impactified.com website

Impactified.com is an online platform exploited by GREEN DRAGON CONSULTING GROUP, a limited liability company incorporated in Hong Kong (Company number 59613604, and domiciliated at Hollywood Centre, Room 1305 – 13F, 233 Hollywood Rd, Sheung Wan, Hong Kong.

General conditions

The Impactified platform is designed and operated to provide insights, tools, and a connection with independent scale facilitators and business coaches, affiliated with the brand under a franchise agreement, that enable them to improve their business operations.

It is made available to you on a Freemium basis – with free content, and paid content – provided that you have unconditionally accepted the terms, conditions, and notices contained herein. Your use of the Impactified Website constitutes your agreement to all such terms, conditions, and notices.

Minors should not use the Impactified platform and make any transaction without the supervision of an adult capable of understanding the insights and tools made available on the platform. By using the Website, you represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

Usage policy

The Impactified platform provides its users with a mix of insights, tools, and connections through free blog posts, a toolbox operated on a membership basis, and a directory.

Subscribing to a membership package entitles paying users to access paid content as listed on the user’s dashboard.

Access rights shall be considered personal and cannot be transferred or shared with non-paying third parties, accordingly any shared account may be suspended without notice.

Tools

The Impacified Tools are made available to the users following the payment of a membership fee.

These Tools are designed in a Module format to support entrepreneurs and business owners with a variety of business operations, such as – but not limited to – writing a business plan, conducting a SWOT analysis of their business, understanding the Entrepreneurship basics, etc.

The Modules include the Tool designed to support the entrepreneur in their problem-solving exercise, as well as a series of videos designed to facilitate the use of the Tool.

The Tools and Modules are designed for educative purposes only and the results obtained by the User will in no circumstance engage the responsibility of Impactified.

Refund policy

Impactified offers an unconditional 30-day satisfaction guarantee, applicable to online materials and personal facilitation / coaching services provided on a 1:1 basis.

Refunds will be made upon request, within five to seven days following the request.

Booking

The Impactified platform includes a booking page designed to allow entrepreneurs and business owners to book a scale facilitator, a business coach, or a coach whose expertise relates to entrepreneurs and business owners.

The facilitators and coaches listed on our booking page are permitted to use the Impactified branding under a Franchise and Brand Licensing agreement signed with Impactified, who also provides them with a set of branded tools and payment tools they can use with their clients.

Most of the facilitators and coaches operate as independent professionals, under their own legal structure. Accordingly, any user who decides to hire a facilitator or coach acknowledges that they enter into a transaction with the Coach directly and that Impactified as a platform and brand shall not be considered a party to their working relationship.

Data collection

The Impactified platform collects anonymous data from every visitor of the Website, with a view to monitoring traffic and fix bugs.

In particular, we ask our users to log in and provide certain personal information (such as your name and email address) in order to be able to save their profile as well as the purchased documents and personal comments associated with it. To enable these or any other login-based features, we use cookies to store session information.

Other personal information such as names, profile pictures and personal details can be provided by the user on a voluntary basis. Users are then able to view, change and remove the data associated with their profile at any time by connecting to their personal account.

Data use

Impactified may contact its users, by email or other means, on the basis of the data provided to us by the user. This includes promotional emails relating to Impactified or other third parties we feel you would be interested in.

Users are able to modify their email preferences at any time, using the unsubscribe links provided in every automated email sent by Impactified.

Impactified does not share your personal information with third parties, although aggregated, anonymized data is periodically transmitted to external services to help us improve our website and service, including Google Analytics and Drip.

Terms modification

Impactified reserves the right to change the terms, conditions, and notices under which the Website is operated, including but not limited to the charges associated with the use of the website.

The Impactified Website may contain links to other Websites (“Linked Sites”). The Linked Sites are not under the control of Impactified and Impactified is not responsible for the contents of any Linked Site, including without limitation any link contained in a Linked Site, or any changes or updates to a Linked Site.

Impactified reserves the right at all times to disclose any information as necessary to satisfy any applicable law, regulation, legal process or governmental request, or to edit, refuse to post or to remove any information or materials, in whole or in part, in Impactified ‘s sole discretion.
