Christian Masset is a pitching & public speaking coach at Impactified. As the founder of Peak Communication (2011), he has many times witnessed the transformation that competent public speaking operates on individuals, business owners and executives. "Increased clarity and confidence are the most notable changes that appear", he likes to confess.
Christian’s dream is to empower more entrepreneurs with ideas that change the world for the better, in giving a voice to their vision. Christian is based in Hong Kong.

He also thoroughly explored the startup and Fintech ecosystem of Hong Kong and became a co-chair of the HK Fintech Association Advocacy Committee. He now invests his time on entrepreneurial matters and speaks regularly about business model innovation and Impact Thinking.

Co-founder of Impactified, Antoine Martin is an entrepreneur, Impact speaker and entrepreneurs’ coach who loves the company of other entrepreneurial minds.
Day after day, he enjoys challenging the beliefs, ideas and business models of his fellow entrepreneurs and is satisfied when a discussion leads to aha! moments his interlocutor didn’t see coming.
Antoine is currently based in Hong Kong where he manages Impactified’s activities in Asia and leads our insights’ development.
Antoine strongly believes that challenging people’s ideas is the best way to help them build their Impact and live the life they want to live.
Prior to co-founding Impactified, Antoine was the Head of Impact Strategy for Hong Kong’s leading law faculty, where he was in charge of building an Impact-focused culture and model that professors would want to dive into.
Since 2015, Antoine has founded The Asia-Pacific Circle, a platform on business and entrepreneurship in Asia. He also thoroughly explored the startup and Fintech ecosystem of Hong Kong and became a co-chair of the HK Fintech Association Advocacy Committee. He now invests his time developing business strategy advisory for startups and speaks regularly about business model innovation and Impact Thinking.
